The City of Kent Strategy Plan 2025 was recently shared with Council and is now on the website for your review. Be sure to also take the time to review the additional documents available which were used to write the report. They can be found in the button labeled "Strategy Report 2025 Appendix Links" on the landing page for Strategic Plans.

The City Engineering Division is responsible for planning and implementing the city’s capital improvement projects. This encompasses a wide range of projects: street and sidewalk repairs, bridge repairs, major road improvements, and replacing/maintaining the operation of our sewer and water facilities. You asked...we listened! The City of Kent has partnered with Flags for Good so that our City flags and banners can be added to your home or garden. Visit the Flags for Good website to purchase the products from them directly. 

Periodically, our Economic Development Director provides updates to Council and the City Manager. Now you will have access to these updates in business developments in Kent! As new information is available, we will post it here so that everyone can learn about new places to shop and eat, as well as other changes happening.

Our before and after school program is here to ensure your child starts and ends their day with a smile. We offer homework help, daily crafts, snacks, sports and recreation, and so much more. Make sure your child is there!
